Aim:

To show the children the importance of the Bible and the wisdom of hearing and obeying what Jesus says.

It is important to take notice of what Jesus says.

Bible Reference: Luke 6: vv46-49

Aim:

To show that Jesus is God’s Son and that everything made by God – even sick bodies - has to obey Him.

To explain the meaning of faith – you have faith when you believe in something and you don’t need proof to believe in it.

Bible Reference: Luke 7 vv1-10

Aim:

To show that Jesus had lots of people in His team and each one had a part to play.

It is the same today; everyone who follows Jesus has a special job to do for Him.

Bible Reference: Luke 9: vv1-6, vv10-17

Aim:

To show that Jesus had done nothing wrong but was killed because the leaders were jealous of Him.

They didn’t like him telling them they were not doing things God’s way.

Jesus took the punishment for us.

God used this to do something amazing … Jesus came alive again!

Bible Reference: Luke 22: vv47-53, 23
